The auto transport equipment shown on this site has been spec'd by us and used within the scope of our operations over our many years of car haul service. It is unfortunate that others choose to depict themselves as owners and/or operators of equipment that was specified and ordered by us to travel this nation's highways for millions of miles. Perusing the web today for auto transport service will, undoubtedly, reveal many unethical choices. It is much easier to "copy & paste" another company's equipment images and portray them as your own than it is to make the hard sacrifices that one must do to provide the right trucks and trailers to do the job safely. On several occasions, it has been brought to our attention by trusted associates that images of our very own one-of-a-kind carriers were being used by other brokers, transporters and auto transport start-ups in an attempt to portray themselves as something they really are not. Even recently, a newly formed start-up company 2 days old (2 whole days! verified by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Admin's website) had copied and pasted images of one of our fine trucks and posted the actual heading "The Peterbilt in the center image is the pride of our fleet !" They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...let's just say I am very flattered ! But considering the source, the flattery only lasted a second or two. They agreed to take it down promptly once found out. Just be aware this is prevalent in the car haul world as you are searching for simple and safe, honest auto transportation. Many of the brokers claiming to be "the best" or "the only safe way" don't even own a piece of rolling auto transport equipment. They make their living when you provide them with a credit card deposit, they in turn list your auto on a national dispatch board and sit and wait until a carrier calls with an available transporter. Many times, he doesn't have a clue who these people are he is releasing your car to and in addition, he is taking a cut of your fee from the company that actually handles the transport service. As for another car haul company that uses another company's equipment images in their own ads or web brochures...well, if they are not honest, trusted folks within the industry...do you really think they are going to be honest and up-front with you as a shipper? Verify, verify, verify. Get references and check the public information sites for regulated carriers & brokers. Call the insurance provider for the company and cover yourself.

Cross-Country Collector
Pictured here is Alex...another happy, satisfied customer displaying 2 big thumbs-up after receiving his vintage Mercedes Benz from the northeastern U.S. to his yard in southern California. The classic Mercedes 300 was bought via EBay Motors by this German car collector but there were some 2500 miles separating the vintage sedan from it's Pennsylvania home and it's new destination in the high desert north of the Los Angeles basin.
Check out these details...initial contact was made to us here at Carl's Car Carriers late Friday evening and after several logistic calls between buyer and seller, arrangements were made to load the collector car the following afternoon (Saturday). Skids out on Wednesday morning at Alex' yard in California, straps removed and the classic Mercedes rolled off the shiny transporter to it's new high desert home.
